Welcome to Good2Ro LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

Unless noted, our applications can be played without an account. However, to access certain optional features, such as Leaderboards, you must authenticate using a third-party service (such as Google Play Games or Apple Game Center). By using these third-party services, you agree to comply with their respective age requirements and terms of use. If you are a minor, you may only use our Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes.

2. Third-Party Accounts & Security

We do not require you to create a direct account or password with Good2Ro LLC. If you choose to use certain features, you will sign in using your existing Apple or Google account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your third-party login credentials. Good2Ro LLC does not have access to your passwords and is not responsible for any unauthorized access or activity that occurs under your third-party account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, and features within our Services—including our math puzzles, algorithms, and app designs—are the exclusive property of Good2Ro LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our apps without our express written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good2Ro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services (including leaderboard participation) at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, compromises the integrity of our game (such as cheating or hacking), or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
