The data we collect depends on the specific Good2Ro LLC application you are using:

• Code Breaker: This application does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play the core game. However, to access community features such as Leaderboards, you may choose to sign in using your Google or Apple account.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use "cookies" (small text files placed on your device) to ensure basic site functionality and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, but some parts of our site may not function properly as a result.

3. Information We Collect

• Third-Party Sign-In Data: We do not require you to create a direct account or password with us. If you choose to participate in our leaderboards, you may sign in using your existing Google or Apple account. When you do, we receive a unique identifier (ID) and your public profile name (alias) provided by that platform. We do not collect, process, or have access to your passwords.

• Game Progress & Scores: We collect and store your game scores and leaderboard rankings associated with your unique ID to provide the leaderboard service.

• Automated & Device Information: When you use our apps or visit our website, our third-party infrastructure (such as Google Firebase) may automatically collect basic device information. This includes your device type, operating system version, and basic app performance data. This is used solely to maintain the security, performance, and functionality of our services. We do not use third-party marketing trackers or analytics platforms at this time.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our apps and website.

• Authenticate your third-party sign-in to display your leaderboard rankings.

• Communicate with you regarding basic account support and app updates (we do not send marketing or newsletter materials).

5. Third-Party Services

We share information only with third-party service providers who are strictly required to help us run our app operations. These include:

• Google Play Games Services: For leaderboard functionality on Android.

• Apple Game Center: For leaderboard functionality on iOS.

6. Children's Privacy

To comply with privacy regulations, we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. Access to community features like Leaderboards is governed entirely by the age requirements and parental controls of Google Play Games and Apple Game Center. If we learn we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13 without consent, we will delete it immediately.

7. Data Retention

We retain your leaderboard data for as long as you participate in our Services. If you request deletion of your data, we will delete your personal data from our active databases, subject to the retention of certain automated log data by our third-party infrastructure for security and troubleshooting purposes.

We use industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Good2Ro LLC does not sell your personal data or share your personal data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not track users across third-party websites.
